Nectar AI accepts several payment methods, letting users choose based on convenience or privacy preferences. Crypto payments offer extra anonymity compared to cards, though neither method auto-renews by default outside the website checkout. See the table below for details:

Renewal and cancellation

All paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. To cancel, log in and go to Profile > Settings > Subscription and Credits. You can also email [email protected] or contact the team on Discord. Once cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are generally not offered except where required by law, but some requests may be reviewed individually.

Short vs long commitment

Monthly billing provides flexibility—useful if you want to try features before committing. Annual plans are paid in one lump sum and lower the monthly average cost, but require a bigger upfront payment. The long-term plans suit users who know they’ll use Nectar AI for months at a time. If you’re unsure, starting monthly might be the safer option.

Getting a better price

There are a few ways to get more value or bonus credits:
